excellent breakfastfriendly staff
the hotel location is really superb. it sits right in the heart of the historic district (, made exploring the main attractions very easy). the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent with some variation each morning.
when arriving by car, i had to consider that the hotel has no parking. the nearest parking requires a 15-minute walk.

the hotel staff was helpful. accommodations were top notch , with coffee and snacks available anytime. the room had a comfortable bed , working ac , and good shower water pressure. the pool overlooks the cathedral and has an amazing view.
the breakfast room and reception were a bit noisy , so i could hear everything.

breakfast included a nice varied selection of items. i found eggs , fresh oj , and fruit. coffee and teas are available all day downstairs. cakes and pastry are laid out in the afternoon.

the double or twin room interior view included plant-based products in the bathroom. the room featured beautiful finishes everywhere, i noticed. it also had a spacious washroom that looked luxurious with great amenities.

the hotel is central, and i could walk to all major sites. la catedral is very close. it is situated on a very quiet street , so i did not hear any noise. taxis had a hard time getting there.

the staff were very friendly and helpful to me, always. they were knowledgeable and cute. i appreciated that they went the extra mile for requests , i think. i felt they organized great flamenco dancing.

the location proved acceptable for accessing nearby attractions. It was Quite central.
Sound insulation NEEDS improvement. noise from the breakfast area permeated the room. this disrupted rest, especially in the early morning. furthermore the allocated room lacked proper climate control. The a/c unit struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.

The location was fabulous. the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room and also the super helpful staff. They were always ready to assist. i particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast. The fresh selection was a daily highlight.
